Short development time: The client portal to register and submit the relevant data had to be developed and ready to go live within 2 weeks!
Changing requirements: As the business for ERE’s is new, the development (although over a short time) was iterative to accommodate in a flexible way for changes.
Reporting: Creating the right dashboards and reports for Zeres to manage their clients and processes in an efficient way

We allocated the right number of experienced software developers and test engineers to the team, to make the hard deadline (which we did).
Using iterative development and brainstorming along with the client’s requests, we were able to manage to help propose the right solutions and to accommodate for the changes as requested by the client.
We created an efficient Admin portal with the right screens to manage the clients and charging station information, and to also import and export the necessary data and reports.
